Monthly Maintenance
Regular maintenance must be done by the authorized service every month to ensure the continuous safe operation of the elevator.
Basic components such as the brake system, ropes, safety devices and cabin lighting are checked.
Annual Periodic Controls
Elevator conformity control is performed by authorized accredited organizations every year.
Elevators are classified with green, blue, yellow or red labels as a result of these controls.
Green: Safe (No problem)
Blue: Slight defects but usable
Yellow: Requires careful use due to defects
Red: Unsafe, use is prohibited
Special Maintenance and Failure Cases
Additional maintenance may be required in case of unexpected failures or when safety systems are activated.
